"I come to purchase Clinique makeup. I was sent a postcard that said you get a free lotion with consult. I asked at check out if there were any Clinique specials. She told me the company does not send them the bonus items. This store just started carrying Clinique. When you get people in the door with mailed advertising, it doesn't make much sense not to have what was advertised on a new product. Not sure that I will buy my makeup here again. It makes customers feel mislead :("

"It has been a while since I shopped at this store. It seemed to be better organized than I remembered. The service is still bad however. I was in the store 45 minutes and no one ever spoke to me. I waited at the checkout for a long time. The lady behind me had to find an associate to check us out. The lady who come ended up being the same associate who was organizing the section I looked in. She didn't bother to speak while I shopped but was very friendly at check out :( No one EVER asks at this store if they can help you."
