"I have always loved shopping at Bealls/Stage/Palais Royal and most of my clothes come from Stage. The only things I would say need to be changed are: the cleanliness of the bathroom and more employees to be available for checkouts and within the store to assist/answer questions."

"I attempted to purchase an Estée Lauder eye shadow & clerk said she knew nothing about it? Also, she was very unfriendly. The shadow was 50% off of $26, plus I had a $5 payback reward, which made it $8 + tax. I could figure that in my head in the 2nd grade. She rang it up and charged me $11.59. I explained to her that was incorrect and she became very defensive, telling me she only did what the computer instructed her to do. I explained that 50% of $26 is $13, less $5 is $8 + .0825% tax = $8.66. She was very rude, again saying she only did what the computer told her. I KNEW she had entered it wrong, but did not want to admit it. She finally changed it, but never changed her BAD attitude. She definitely does not deserve this job. There are many people who would love to have it and be willing to work with the public civilly. Some other staff members are very nice, but this person is uninformed, improperly trained, and very angry. I highly resent the way I was treated."
