" The experience was horrible from start to finish I received a damaged product the representatives couldn’t be any more on empathetic or unhelpful when a customer receives a product that is damaged what should happen is to apologize to the customer and ask what you can do to rectify the situation. Instead I was asked for pictures and then I was asked if I could “pry the drawer open” on the damaged chest then finally if I would like to $75 off to keep this damaged piece of furniture and then finally had to wait three weeks to a month for a replacement and I don’t know which was worse your company or the shipping company that you use because you are both pretty awful."

"I ordered several bar stools online. While searching the site pointed to these as counter height, with a description of counter height, the product that arrived was a bar height. While one could argue that I should have identified the mismatch from the SKU number (not sure how many people actually look at the SKU and can interpret it to indicate the product, I did agree to send them back, at my expense. I was surprised to learn that not only was I charged a 25 % restocking fee (which I expected, given their return policy), I was also charged another $17 per box (4 of them). They claimed that this was the full shipping fee that was not reflected on the actual bill, though they could not provide any evidence of that. Now, that was interesting, especially since the fedex labels that came with the boxes showed a package weight of 3 lbs. That would explain the lower shipping bill. Actual shipping cost for the same service was much more, which I paid. I cannot endorse this company as being honest or easy to deal with. I recommend spending your money elsewhere, at a store where you can confirm with more surety what product you are ordering, and how much the real shipping cost is."
"The bed I ordered was great. It was on back order so I had to wait longer than expected. I was left a message about delivery once the bed was in and when I called to confirm the time I was on hold for 21 minutes. On the day of delivery I was told the bed would come from 11am - 3pm and the bed came at 5pm. Great furniture but the operation portion of this company needs work."
Nice looking set, but not great quality
"I ordered the set plus 2 extra chairs: one of the chairs is flawed - I was supposed to receive a new back and still have not; and the finish on the table already chipped (and this table is hardly used). It is a good looking set, but I am very displeased with the quality/my experience. It would be very wise if the customer service rep who reads this contacts me to rectify the issues - otherwise, I will not be shopping here again. "

Delivery experience less than acceptable
"I paid additional for up stairs delivery, only to be told that because I had steps in front of my house I only paid for them to deliver my bed into the front door. I then had to bring the 200 lb bed up to the second floor on my own. Additionally, the deliverers left the wrapping materials from the truck in front of my garage door with no explanation. Terrible delivery experience."

"I ordered a dining table set with 6 chairs mind you it is extremely expensive item. First of all it took a couple of weeks for the order to be delivered. Then when the item was delivered, the truck company missed delivering the dining table legs. I had the assembly handy man at my home to assemble, but could not, and yet he had to charge me for his trip.I called the classy homes, and they took forever abt 2 weeks to deliver the legs (mind you there were at least 6 emails, and multiple phone calls, before i found out that the truck company forgot and had the legs with them)Then comes the legs, and i opened the box, and found the velvet beatrix chairs damaged, the dining table top had a huge dent on table top, and the sides looked scratched, and this is just when it came out of the box.I am on week 2 with emails back and forth and no resolution. they are penny pinchers, and offered me 150 bucks, but would you pay 2400 for a dining table that's below standards. When i call them, they sound sneaky and hung up on me 5 times saying they couldn't hear me. Then finally the lady goes, we'll send it to our claims department and i am sure they will please you. But the turn around time is like 24 freaking hours, and they stop any communication past 3 PM friday till almost 10 AM Monday. What kind of service is this? Its not a cheap item that is on clearance etc. i have purchased items on way fair, overstock, gilt, rue and amazing customer service. i liked this particular dining table and could not find it anywhere else, which is why i ordered from this site. Never again for sure and we are in week 7 and no resolution so far.They keep offering me 25 bucks, and 146 dollars for the dents in the chairs and delayed shipment, but now there is a big hole in the dining table top, and they are unable to resolve it."

"I had never used this company before. I ordered a bunk bed with futon. I inquired whether the bed came with a futon mattress. They stated that it does. However when it arrived there was no futon mattress. When I brought it to the attention of the company they corrected it and shipped out a futon mattress.My point is that they simply could have put me off but instead they took care of business and made things right in a pretty fast time frame. I would definitely order from them again."
